Rebecca's specialty is representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions with an emphasis on distressed sales (short sales, bank-owned homes, foreclosure etc...). She is a very seasoned short sale agent and has successfully closed several dozen short sales. She also counsels buyers about what they should expect when buying short sale and other distressed properties.
